Ingredients :
- 1 Beetroot Diced
- 1 Cup Green Peas
- 1 Onion Chopped
- 1 Tomato Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Ginger Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Chopped
- 4 Green Chill
- 1 Tablespoon Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tablespoon Coriander Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1/4 Tablespoon Garam Masala Powder
- 1/2 Tablespoon Fennel Seeds
- 1/4 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds
- Curry Leaves
- 2 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
- Salt to Taste

Step By Step Picture Instructions :
- Cook diced beetroot with salt and keep aside
- In a pan, heat coconut oil
- Add Mustard seeds, fennel seeds and curry leaves, let it splutter.
- Add slit green chilli, ginger and garlic, and roast for a couple of minutes
- Add chopped onions and fry well till its brown
- Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and salt
- Saute for a minute
- Add chopped tomatoes and roast for a minute (Don't mash it)
- Add green peas and mix well
- Add cooked beetroot
- Roast for 5 minutes on medium flame
- Serve hot
