Ingredients :
- 1 Cup Diced Paneer
- 1 Onion Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Ginger
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic
- 4 Green Chill
- 1 Tomato Chopped
- 2 Bay Leaf
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 1/2 Tablespoon Fennel Seeds
- 2 Green Cardamom
- 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 Tablespoon Chilli powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Kashmir Red Chilli (Optional )
- 1/4 Tablespoon Garam Masala Powder
- 2 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
- Salt for Taste
- Coriander Leaves for Garnish

Step By Step Picture Instructions :
- Temper bay leaf, cinnamon stick, fennel seeds and green cardamon in coconut oil
- Add slit green chillies and fry for a minutes
- Add chopped ginger and garlic, roast until golden brown
- Add chopped onion and cook until soft
- Add Salt required for the recipe
- Add chopped tomato and cook till soft
- Once tomato get soft, add turmeric powder and mix well
- Add chilli powder and roast for a couple of minutes
- Add garam masala powder and mix well
- Add water required for the recipe
- Add paneer pieces and bring it to boil for 5 minutes
- Add Kashmir red chilli powder and cook a couple of minutes (Optional )
- Garnish with coriander leaves
- Serve hot
