Ingredients :
- 3 Pieces Ney Meen / Seer Fish
- 3 Green Chilli
- 1 Inch Ginger
- 1/4 Cup Coriander Leaves
- 1/2 Tablespoon Chilli Powder
- 1/4 Tablespoon Garam Masala Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- Salt to taste
- 3 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
- Curry Leaves

Step By Step Picture Instructions :
- In a mixer, add green chilli and ginger
- To this add cleaned and randomly chopped coriander leaves
- Grind them into a fine paste with little water
- To this green paste, add turmeric powder, salt and chilli powder
- Add garam masala powder
- Mix all together
- Coat the fish pieces with this green masala and marinate for 10-15 minutes
- In a tawa, add coconut oil and curry leaves
- Place the marinated fish
- Fry on both sides
- If needed add coconut oil and fry them on medium heat
- Serve hot
