Ingredients :
- 1 Large Potato Sliced
- 3 Garlic Pods
- 1/2 Inch Ginger
- 1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Chilli Powder
- 1/2 Tablespoon Coriander Powder
- 1/4 Tablespoon Garam Masala Powder
- Salt for taste
- Curry Leaves
- 3 Tablespoon Coconut Oil

Step By Step Picture Instructions :
- Slice the potato into rounds
- Boil water with salt, add the potato slices and cook for 3 minutes
- Drain the potatoes and keep aside
- In a mortar, add garlic and ginger
- Crush them to a fine paste
- To the crushed ginger garlic, add salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala powder
- Mix them together into a paste with little water
- Add the half cooked potato slices to the masala
- Coat the potato with the masala and marinate for 10-15 minutes
- In a tawa, add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil and temper with curry leaves
- Place the marinated potato slices and fry on medium heat
- Turn over the potatoes and add oil
- Roast them well on both sides
- Serve hot
